SAM5 rear trunnion adapter

Ive tried looking everywhere for an adapter for the rear trunnion tangs, so i could put a different stock on the back. but i cant find one anywhere. it might just be me not understanding the description of the products that i find, like they may say they do but i couldn't understand it. But are there are adapters that can go on there so i can put a new stock on there? or am i just going to have to saw off the back tangs. (WHICH I DONT WANT TO DO!) pls help!

Someone brought up a point talking about a 300blk out AK. And it caught my attention, after researching it and watching a few videos about people reviewing them it seemed pretty positive. It is actually a worth purchase? Or just a weird gimmick of a AK?

I want an AK for all purpose (range, home defense, CQB, Government collapse) that is not a full length but I cant decide on what to get caliber wise. Ive read and researched that 7.62 is better for close quarters because of the stopping force and how it doesn't rely on velocity to do its true damage. But, as I live in America and am surrounded by 5.56. Plus it helps with 5.56 that is is good at range so if I need to shoot farther I can and hit on target and with the deadly velocity that makes a good 5.56 round a viable. The reliability of the finding of that ammo and the overall surplus that America has makes me lean more to getting to it. But regarding the main points of why I want one (range, home defense, CQB, Government collapse). Which caliber should I get?
