Everytime my mom (the only person I GENUINELY trust enough to talk about stuff like this) sees furry content, or anytime I bring up anything furry I feel like I'm being HARSHLY judged, like the most disappointed look is just shot my way. Can I pls get some advice on how to have a talk with her like, "it genuinely kills a part of my soul Everytime you judge my likes/interests..." And I love and respect my mom a lot so I don't want to be rude...

I've always listened to imagine dragons and felt that their songs have good meaning and are pretty good quality. But as I grow older i find that many people openly hate on them. I get that they have some bad/overplayed so songs such as believer and radioactive, but I don't feel that is a reason for hate. Any opinions/answers are appreciated.
