I applied to this residency a few days back and was turned down the very next day even with years of ER tech experience two of which being at a Providence ER in Portland. The posting is still up so I’m wondering what they could possibly be looking for that I don’t have? I know internal hires go first but I thought the posting would have been gone by now. Any advice is appreciated to try and get the next ED posting or if anyone applied and had the same experience?
