The vibes after the home opener have been pretty poor around this team. Despite all the hype about changes, they made the same undisciplined mistakes on all levels of the ball we have seen make year after year.

You would have to feel this game is the one where having had a week off to prepare for a Argos team im sure Coach RD would like to stick it to will mean theyll come out strong. But candidly that argos team is better than us, which heading into this season i dont think most people had that expectation. It would be pretty symbolic to go and lose this one. Maybe not quite as much to the team as it would be to the fans. Can't write off a year after 2 games but it can certainly kill any expectations for it. And if theres no expectations its much harder to motivate yourself to go to games, much less watch them.

If they cant win either game against the elks or argos to start the season, then its looking very bleak for the back to back Al's and Riders games coming up. Maybe the rival fans can fill the stands but I just dont know if a 0-4 start gives people a reason to pay attention especially when the world cup is on. The seating chart already looks pretty empty for tomorrow and I can only dread it getting any worse. You can feel that fanbase needs this win badly, especially if we are bracing for 2 more likely losses coming up.

Im still putting my name on the RedBlacks to win this week but if they cant then i dont think theres another week where i would do that again this season. Please win guys.

Down 2-0 in the series because of this nonesense! All year we have looked very disciplined and it seems like weve gotten away from our game.

We are heading home for game 3 and 4 now. Need to get back to our game right away. Coach Cameron needs to wrangle the boys. Colts are legit but we are making it too easy for them. Last game there was 2 pp goals. Tonight same story. Need to figure this out now!

With last nights win against the ice dogs in game 5 they will be playing us once the 2nd round starts.
