I'm looking to hire a talented and HUMAN bookbinder to convert an approx. 200pg pdf/word doc into a single hardcover book. No AI tools allowed (imposition support, illustration mock-ups etc), only real craftsman. Any leads or binders for hire site referrals? Thanks!

EDIT: I live on East Coast of USA but not opposed to international craftsman.
