College me physical reporting ke time de sakta ha kya

Should we bring all the necessary items like clothes, blankets and all other things on the day of physical reporting itself or we have to first done the process of physical reporting and then visit the college on other day with all the things ??. I have already gotten the admission letter through online counselling though.

I have got mehanical branch in gurdauri pauri College GBPIET , is it good , tell me about all the facilities there ,should i join it???

I got 5115 rank in merchant navy exam i don't much about the field just some basic stuff , i know this rank is not good as i belong to general category but what colleges can i get and what should i do from here on out can i try admission from this rank?
