1.5 yrs transformation 51kg to 63kgs M24
Just stood on basics 4/5 days a week workout, in the start I just used to eat 3-4 eggs eventually took creatine then 200gm chicken breast and whey for protein. You can’t get instant results just be consistent with meals and workouts! and hopefully you’ll see your transformation :)
