400a split panel service backup options

I’m looking for options that use a single point battery backup system to back up my house. House has a 400a meter with 2x 200a panels, and 19.4 kW of IQ8M Enphase solar, currently line tap grid tied in Panel A.

Everything I’ve been able to find wants to route grid power THROUGH the device to the panel. The Sol-Arc 18K seems great, integrating solar, battery, and generator charging but it won’t seem to let me install it “on the side” through a backfeed breaker (and I’d expect to be able to do that using a generic automatic service disconnect and voltage sensing interlocks on the inverter).

I currently manually backfeed with a portable generator run to a junction box, parallel fed to manually interlocked breakers in the panels. I want to “upgrade and automate” this kind of thing.

Am I wrong about that unit can be installed? Is there a solution out there I haven’t found?

TL;DR, I want a to keep both panels fully backed up, but use a standard backup system parallel feeding each panel.

400a service, battery backup, and EnPhase

See edit at the end.

I just need someone to let me know if I’m misunderstanding, or if I have it right. I currently have: utility meter (400a)- parallel feed to 2x 200a panels. Solar (WnPhase IQ8M based) is line-tied in panel A before the master breaker.

If I want to add battery backup I need automatic transfer. EnPhase does this with their System Controller 3G (for additional generator connection) and IQ Combiner 6C (current tech).

But I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to integrate this into a split phase service without duplicating at least the System Controller; one ahead of each 200A panel.

Edit: I might be asking the wrong question. The right question might be- what companies make units hybrid backup that permit 320 A pass through of the utility line with 200A or less rating for the backup combo?

Anyone use t stakes for a trellis setup?

I decided to jump in and got 3 plants and planted them in a row planned for expansion. All Catawba grapes, 8 ft apart and 8 ft row spacing. Neither here nor there.

I need to sling up a trellis but posts are a ton of work and my ground is rooty and rocky still. I have t stakes and a driver already and I’m wondering if I could put up a t stake trellis and replace it with posts later if this works out, or could t stakes even be used permanently?

Are there attachments made for t stakes to spread wire for two-wire trellises, etc? I’ve only used them for fence wire before and those plastic adapters wouldn’t work at all. I could attach wire manually with wire twisted ties but spanning two top wires I don’t have a good answer for without something like unistrut which would be janky.

In-ground vaults for horizontal submersible pumps

Hey guys. I have need to move my current booster pump down in elevation, giving up my existing pump house. For reasons I won’t get into, I need to bury it.

Pump itself is about 34 inches long, it’ll have to be in a flow sleeve, contain electrical splices, and have, probably, some flex hose connections unless I get creative and can poly pipe it directly.

Has to get it deep enough to get below frost, and ideally have an insulated lid. Heat tracing without a dry outlet is kind of a non option, can’t guarantee great drainage if it suddenly leaks.

What vault boxes do you guys see for this kind of thing? What would you put at your own house?

Recorded a swarm landing at one of my empty boxes

I have an active colony right next to this box, so I thought I was losing a swarm. But this was a swarm landing, and it was awesome to watch them land, gather, and march inside. So cool! Here’s a few pics.
