The last time skiprat went away a man was allegedly looking after the dogs and he said the dogs were left in their cages in their own excrement. He apparently did feed the dogs but left them with a build up of sh it and pi ss for 4 days, he gave out to the man when he got home.

Skippy said he wasn't going to give out to the white dog for nursing the puppies, wtf they are only 5 or so weeks, he is trying to stop her nursing by supplementing them with powder Milk in a dirty bowl. They are too young to be sold, they could end up with nutritional deficiency, their immune systems only kicking in now and behavioral issues. 8 weeks is absolute minimum to sell. He has weaned them very early to sell them.
Skippy is also locking the brown and cream dog up fairly constantly as it's a "regime" he had going as the female dogs go into heat to keep them separated. So cruel on their hormones and natural instincts.

Jamie has befriended this lad and is getting him to sing these words not knowing what he is at and making fun of it all.
