Looking for plant clippings
Hi!
Would you have plants or plant clippings you'd like to share? This can be herbs, ornamental-like plants with big flowers, plants who have made New Orleans/Bulbancha home and any others. We are happy to pick up this Friday or weekend or over the next weeks!
The plant space is a mix of speckled sun, full sun and a little spot of shade. We have a mix of plants in the ground and potted plants so can easily follow your guidance on care.
Context: Our garden has not fared well this summer- first some incompetent tree people cut down our neighbor's tree destroying the neighboring gardens and backyards in the process; second that shock along with the strength of the summer sun burned more plants than previous seasons. Thus, we are in the process of rebuilding and would like to include plants from our community, especially people who have already tended.
The catch: we work in the garden with beautiful young children a lot and are big on relationships with plants. Basically you and the knowledge you share about the plants will live on for awhile (and likely beyond) as we learn the plant personalities.
