Last season while dallas wings had a absymal season along with inexperienced coach, trades and along with series of injuries which decimated dallas wings finished tied with worst record 10-34. Li Yueru had a fine season, she played for 22 games (and started for 12 games) and had to miss rest of the season due injuries. in the games she played, dallas wings finished with 8-14 record and without her they were 2-20.

While its true she is not a mobile center and perhaps doesn't fit the Jose Fernandez offensive system but she is a solid back up who is capable of slowing down bigs using her height getting defensive offensive n rebounds and second chances and also capable of hitting 3s. Considering Alanna Smith could be out for a while Li Yueru could get more mins and in fact she scored her highest points last game and i hope it continues.
