Wi the buttons were offered to the Romans?

Wi the buttons were offered to the Romans?

Would you consider any of the two scenarios happening any differently?

Also my personal opinion on the button dilema:

Unless any side gets 80+ plus >!The social conseuences would suck ass!<

You

As you are walking down the street, you notice there is a trolley, carrying a politician on campaign rally. He seeks to run your country to the ground for at least three generations with a destructive ideology (which one is unimportant, i dont want this to be bait). Your life, and that of everyone you know in your country will be ruined. That of your children, and your childrens children too. You can jump in front in the tram, which will not kill you. It may injure you though. This will break the momentum of his political campaign , and prevent him getting elected. This will protect your country for a minimum of three generations.

However if he is not elected, he wont do a bad enough job to persuade people away from this ideology. The ideology will spread across all continents except yours for three generations. You will indirectly ruin the lives of them, and their children, and their children's children too.

Do you jump in front of the trolley?
