Hey, I'm planning on doing an 8 day trip with only camping/tent in first week of August.

Do you think it is necessary to book camping spots or just go with the flow of finding camping?

me and a friend are planning on doing TMB, starting from Courmayeur and only camping, in maximum 9 days. Has anyone done this and would you be willing to share your itinerary and advice you might have?

And would you reccomend going by car and leaving it in Courmayeur, especially if it's like peak season (start of August)?
