Is this fish a male or female?

Hi everyone! In my tank I currently have what I thought was 1 male platy and 4 females. For some reason, the male absolutely HATES this platy and is constantly chasing it round the tank. Looking at the fins, I thought she was a female, can anyone help identify it? I’m struggling to understand why else he’d hate it other than it potentially being a male. Thanks so much🥲
