My son, 18, is looking to move to Florida from Maryland after the new year. He has secured a job in the 55k range. He's done limited research, but has decided that southern FL, is where he wants to be (gulf or ocean). He's aware that he will be living paycheck to paycheck, and doesn't have delusions of living an influencer lifestyle. He's looking for something a little more laid back. In your opinion, what are some of the best areas to move (or absolutely worst areas) I should mention his company has locations in Tampa/ft Lauderdale/miami/Tampa. It's not an office job, but he needs to be somewhat in those general areas. Thanks!
