At Tianyu Gems, we believe that great craftsmanship should be matched with clear communication. As our community continues to grow, we'd like to explain a few of our policies so every customer knows what to expect before placing an order.

💳 Bank & Payment Transfer Fees

International bank transfers often involve intermediary banks, payment processors, or your receiving bank. These fees are charged by financial institutions—not by Tianyu Gems.

If an order is canceled for personal reasons after payment:

• We will refund the order amount according to our cancellation policy.
• Bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, PayPal/credit card processing fees, currency conversion fees, and other non-refundable payment processing costs cannot be refunded, as these charges have already been collected by the financial institutions.

If the cancellation is due to an error on our side, we will always work with you to find a fair solution.

💍 Custom Orders

Every custom jewelry piece and custom-cut diamond is made specifically for you.

Once production has started, materials have already been purchased and manufacturing has begun. Because of this, custom orders may not be eligible for a full refund after production begins.

We'll always communicate each production stage with you before moving forward.

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos, and we'll review the issue promptly.

For damage caused during normal wear, accidental impact, misuse, or modifications made by third parties, we'll still do our best to help by offering repair services whenever possible.

Our goal is never to leave a customer without support—we'll always work together to find the most reasonable solution.

We actually had several customers asking and ordering for a similar style recently, so we made a few versions inspired by this minimalist look.

It's interesting how men's jewelry is becoming more mainstream.

We asked ourselves the same question.

After making improvements to our second production batch, our QC team spent time stress-testing the clasps and stone settings to see where potential failures might occur.

The idea wasn't to simulate normal wear.

The idea was to go beyond normal wear.

Pulling.

Twisting.

Repeated opening and closing.

Multiple inspection rounds.

If a weak point existed, we'd rather find it first.

What's the first thing you check when buying a tennis bracelet?

One of my favorite custom projects recently.

This client had a very clear vision and an incredible eye for detail. We went through multiple CAD revisions together, adjusting proportions, details, and small design elements until everything felt exactly right.

What I appreciated most was how collaborative the process was. Every round of feedback helped bring the design closer to what the client imagined.
