I did a bunch of runs now and keep not getting it. It is an option in step 1 of falcon's chain event, shouldnt that be almost guaranteed?
Deck was Kitasan, Agnes Speed, Taiki Speed, Finemo wit and Seiun Sky wit. Sparks were 12 stam, 6 pow. Got fast learner this run, and got really lucky over all
Edit: I didnt look at any guides for this CM and was in need of skills to learn, which is why I learned a few bad skills, I literally had more skill points than I knew what to do with, which is why I also learned some backliner skills, I figured if I got an unlucky start or something, those might be able to help me. As for Nishino unique, I really just forgot that I should set her as a parent, I dont have her myself, I sgould have borrowed her, that is my bad
