Hey friends, I’m nervous about not hearing back from Happy Ye from Starsgem on 2 necklaces I bought from the last group buy for an oval diamond/gemstone on a gold chain. I’ve reached out a few times after paying the invoice but haven’t gotten any sort of update. I need some help from the starsgem team or some guidance from you all about the response/process.
