Best H3 workflow for smoothing seams between AI-generated video clips?

I'm making a found-footage horror short, similar in style to Cloverfield, and I want the finished video to look like one continuous take. I already have all the footage. Each generated clip was made using the final frame of the previous clip as the starting frame of the next one, so the seams are already probably around 95% matched visually.

The remaining problems are usually just slight movement or velocity mismatches across the cut, small pose or body-position changes, occasional camera-motion mismatch, and sometimes the audio or ambience changes slightly between clips.

I want to use MiniMax H3 specifically to repair these seams without changing the rest of the footage. Ideally I'd give H3 the end of Clip A and the beginning of Clip B and have it generate a very short transition between them, or give it both clips and have it modify only the first few frames of Clip B so its movement continues naturally from Clip A while leaving the rest of Clip B unchanged. Im happy with either method as long as there is a method that works.

Has anyone successfully done this with H3? I’m interested in any H3 or ComfyUI workflow that can either smooth the first few frames of Clip B or generate a very short transition between the two clips without regenerating the whole thing. Ive heard these being described as bridge workflows or inpainting workflows but not sure if thats the correct term.

The seams are already close enough that I'm probably only trying to fix roughly 5–20 frames around each join.

If you've done this, I'd really appreciate the workflow, prompts and/or settings you used.
