Citizenship Question - Misdemeanor
I am on a GC right now and am thinking about getting my citizenship. I've had my GC for 12 years. I have an expunged misdemeanor on my record during my college days for kicking a car while drunk and causing less than $500 in damage, this was in 2009. It wasn't a problem when I applied for my GC, but it seems different now. Is it a risk to apply now and having to resubmit my misdemeanor?
