She may be a bit bald but she’s still beautiful to me ❤️

Hello, I was wondering if any of you had any advice on what could be going on with Sprout. A few months ago I noticed that she was loosing some fur on her sides by her arm pit and took her too the vet. They found some small scratches so they said she must be itchy and prescribed some anti mites medication. Since then she’s still been itchy and have then proceeded to treat her with ivermectin as well and she is still itchy. I see her itch all the time so it’s definitely that. I have then tried some anti-itch lotion the vet recommended and after I got back from holiday (had a friend look after them) her skin was dry and raw (see pics attached) I don’t really know what to do and I’ve spent nearly all of my vet budget and can’t keep going back as I’m only a uni student. I wash their bedding using fragrance free stuff as they are on fleece stuff and have a 2x6 c&c cage with loads of enrichment. My other piggy is 8 and is also a little bald but think that may be due to her hormones (as the vet said). Any advice welcome 🙏
