Realprize Casino Review after a couple of months of play.
I really wanted to like this place. Signed up a few months back, just figured I would give it a shot. The site itself is fine. Games load, graphics are decent, plenty to choose from. The problem is the payouts. I hit a win a while back, and when I say it wasn't even a major win I really mean that. Was like a 120, and I submitted my withdrawal. Then I waited, and waited, kept being told it was being processed, then it was pending review, then I needed to verify documents I already sent in twice. Every time I checked back it was another delay, another reason, another person telling me to be patient. It took weeks to get anything in my account, and only after I basically begged.
I figured maybe it was a one off even though I'd seen it be brought up a LOT, but I tried again later with a smaller amount thinking it would be faster and the issue is just relevant to 100+ wins. Same runaround. The verification loop that never ends and somehow the site seemingly keeps getting away with. Wins that get clawed back over some buried rule (which fine, I should read the rules carefully when I'm playing with my money, but come on.), bonuses that lock up your balance, mediocre at BEST customer service that I can't be convinced is even human like 99% of the time. It's all stuff that adds up and ruins what could otherwise be a fine experience, maybe even a good one actually.
I don't even feel angry at this point, just kind of worn out. You play to have a little fun and maybe win something, and when you do win you can't even enjoy it because getting your own money out turns is the harder than getting a win in the first place! I think I'm done with Realprize. Just feels bad. Can anyone give me a sweeps site they actually trust? Somewhere payouts come through? I'd really appreciate it.
