where would you place the PSU?

I am building an inverted aircooled build in the NCASE M3 Grater. How would you place the PSU? intaking from the side or the front?

do I need 2 fans?

I want to do an inverted Air-cooled M3 grater build and am wondering whether or not I need two 140mm fans at the bottom for intake? I have one but do I necessarily need two or even one?
