I just got my colonoscopy instructions today. My colonoscopy is on Wednesday. This is my first colonoscopy and I'm really nervous. The instructions specifically say no red or purple Gatorade. All the Gatorade i have is the 75% less sugar kind because it's a lot easier on my stomach. I've been struggling with intense vomiting. Do I have to use the full sugar Gatorade? I'm worried about throwing up all the prep :(

I keep getting really bad episodes even after staying sober for 17 days. I don't know how much longer I can do this. Please tell me there is hope that it will be over soon?
