I am considering buying a 4-bedroom Type D villa in The Acres as a long-term home, and I’d love to hear from the community.

Are there any direct sellers or motivated owners looking to sell their Type D villa, I am a cash buyer, will transact via a Managers check and I am ready to conclude in 30 days !

Any idea which supermarket, community school that will open and by when?

Are there meaningful differences between the various phases of The Acres, or are the layouts and designs largely the same across all phases?
