Advance sick leave SSA
Our union stated that local management does not have the authority to approve or deny requests for advanced sick leave. According to them, approval would have to come from a higher level of management.
The issue is that even local management seems unsure of the process and has not received clear guidance on how to handle these requests.
Has anyone have any information on how advanced sick leave approvals are supposed to work?
