Curious, our adoptions are way down. We are all assuming its the economy right now!. How's all y'alls adoptions, especially county shelters like ours?

Do most veterinarians who give Nuclor suggest boostering again when they cattle when treating for Pneumonia?

Can you give cow that is coming off having pneumonia alfalfa to get things moving again like adding weight, picking appetite back up etc etc.

What type fertilizers do you use in your pastures? How long do you keep cattle off or grazing?

Got a steer who quit eating , snotty nose ,lethargy, 105 fever, no appetite for bout 3 wks ago. Vet gave Macrosyn and the big guy was on track.within a week. Then down again. The vet redid dose of Macrosyn , I gave subq fluids. Called vet again he gave steroid b12 combo. He seemed to perk up and eat alittle. Moving a little better but not great.

I gotta say the snotty nose ,fever and breathing is better. I should say vet has not been here I have run gotten the meds. Anything? We tried Gatorade erc...
