what matcha brands are y'all using? our supplier recently has been slow to ship, so we've been looking for a new brand but are kind of struggling to find something within budget. goal was under $20 a pound, absolute max is ~$26. we were using the tenzo latte mix, would like to stick with a diary free, only lightly sweetened mixes. recommendations please! ❤️

edit: I am looking for latte mix recs. our customer base does not care for the nice stuff and is not willing to pay nice stuff prices lol. certain things they're willing to pay more for, but matcha isn't one of them sadly

what syrups do y'all make in house? I'm looking to revamp my shops drink menu, and I want to go with completely house made flavors. what sells best for you? what drinks do you use the flavors in? also down for tea flavors/other suggestions! i want stuff that's delicious but unusual
