What would be the best way to digitize this logo to make it the cleanest? I’m trying to keep it around 2.5 inches. Also don’t need the grey outline, just the black and yellow.

We have a broken drain pipe under our basement. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher drain here so it’s pretty important. I was wondering if there are any options besides jackhammering the basement floor apart to fix it? Here’s a short clip of what’s happening:
