My thoughts on the manga (A ramble)
I love this series, it got me back into vocaloid.
Ok so i don’t know how to start this but……i’ve been reading the manga (I’m currently in yobanashi deceive II). i’ve been enjoying a lot especially in route 2. I really like the dynamics of the characters in route 2 (mostly momo and shintaro’s with hibiya and hiyori) and i really like how the story will unfold like how will saeru is roaming around to find the eye wielders to fulfill his plan. Personally, my favorites are hiyori and azami (tho i also like marry and hibiya). I’m pretty sad that azami and hiyori don’t get much screen time and development as the other characters. Also, this is my biggest gripe with the manga (maybe the project itself). I think it relies too much on flashbacks and backstory. Yes, i know that’s a crucial part but i think it kind of ruins the pacing of the main story. Like every time the main story progresses, it will cut to a flashback. Once the flashback is done, the main story progresses and ANOTHER flashback happens. Or i guess pacing is the issue. It’s a bit too fast in my opinion.
These are just my feelings and opinions so i could be very very wrong and you can fight me in the replies.
