We are in negotiations with sellers to buy a 6000m2 section between they and their neighbours and I am a bit confused and overwhelmed with having covenants.
What are your non negotiable Covenants that you would never have if you were the ones being burdened?
I am not from here, IMO covenants feel like only favour the seller.
If it’s legal by law local or national the buyer should be able to do whatever they want on their property.
But I want to know what covenants you would make sure to remove if you were ever to buy again?
Is 2 years too late to apply to seek justice? An immigration adviser filled in the form incorrectly and then threw us under the bus to immigration; we had to accept the blame as we didn’t have a proof so we had to take it on chin.
We then Found the evidence later that we had actually told the truth proactively when we reached out to them to hire them. I hope we can get justice… otherwise they will just carry on doing the same thing to others.
