Recovery Time: Seton vs Fistulotomy/Fistulectomy

I'm asking people that have placed Seton and then after some time, had it removed/Fistulotomy done. Which one was more difficult in terms of pain and recovery time?

I have a Seton for 40 days now and there is no pain anymore, but the first weeks were hell. Will the fistulectomy be better or worse than that?

8.4 é o tom que deixaria mais viva a cor do meu cabelo?

Fui loira por anos, fazendo balayage e luzes (loiro iluminado). Ano passado, clareamos a raiz com tinta 12.1, ox 10 vol. Abriu mais acobreado e gostei do tom. Comprei um shampoo e condicionador matizador cobre para testar o tom e este é o resultado. Usar tinta permanente 8.4 traria mais vida para o tom? O que vocês recomendam? Edit: o tom natural do meu cabelo é castanho claro, entre 6 e 7
