My biggest ‘minor’ complaint about Providence is that parking garages and lots apparently aren’t required to post their rates at the entrance. I know some do, but others either have it placed way back so it’s not visible from the street or they just don’t post it at all. It’s kind of crazy the city hasn’t required this by ordinance yet like in New York.
