Going to upgrade to drop bars and gonna need some new bar tape. I’m thinking about the Supacus super sticky Kush black/white. I really dig it, but in doubt if it fits my aeroad.. Yay or nay?

Completed my first ultra last weekend. Felt like a personal victory. Exactly a year to date I did not run, my weight was 40 kg more and was just recovered from 2 herniated disks.

A year later I completed a 50k! It wasn’t the easiest with a very high temperature and humidity (event was over 2 days. The 50, 75 and 100 on Saturday got canceled because of the heat) but got it done anyway.

I already liked trailing, but this grew even more. The world is a beautiful place if you just give yourself the time to really look at it. Onto the next!
