I'm at a loss

I'm 34 with pale, combination (mostly dry) skin. I've had consistent breakouts for years now and kind of had to accept it. My hair also isn't red like this anymore it's brown (literally just dyed it lol). I have pretty hooded and small eyes, blonde eyelashes and very sparse eyebrows. No matter what I do or try my make up looks awful especially in photos. I don't know how to contour or do the right blush placement for my face shape. I feel like it all ages me and really shows off my fine lines/sagging skin. I included the last two photos to show the issue I have with my lips. When I smile, I have this very defined weird line underneath my bottom lip and it looks off any time I try to wear lip color. Any advice to make myself look less..old and awful?

Constant breakouts

This is embarrassing for me but I'm so desperate at this point.

Any advice on how to fix or even help my problem?

I'm 34 and have had acne since I was 13. It's gotten worse the last year or so, and I'm not sure what the root cause could be. I have also been getting mild back acne and a little more pronounced chest acne, which I NEVER got until a few months ago. And yes, I DO have a habit of picking sometimes, but I've gotten a lot better about it. I break out the most on my chin and jawline, my entire forehead, between my eyebrows, and temples. I also have constant little bumps along the bottom of both nostrils.

My skin type is combination: around my nostrils and the crease on my chin get very dry, and I get oily on my forehead and nose. I have VERY sensitive skin, and I don't know if it matters but I'm also very pale. Lol

My current skincare routine is:

*La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser

*PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash 10% Benzoyl Peroxide

*Differin Gel Adapalene 0.1%

*Byoma Moisturizing Gel-Cream

*e.l.f. Skincare Invisible Suncreen SPF 35

*Neutrogena Night Calming Makeup Remover Wipes, when I wear make up (maybe once or rarely twice a week)

I only do skincare at night, unless I need sun screen then I only apply that. I also wash my hair first before doing my skincare/body wash since I know hair products could be a factor.

I have tried so many different products and they either didn't work at all, caused more breakouts, or damaged my skin barrier altogether. Some examples of failed products, from most recent usage to least:

*The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2%

*TruSkin Vitamin C Facial Serum

*Byoma Hydrating Milky Toner

*Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum

*L'Oreal Paris Skincare Hydra Genius Daily Liquid Face Moisturizer

*COSRX Advanced Snail Mucin Gel Cleanser

*COSRX Niacinamide 2%+BHA 4% Blackhead Exfoliant Toner

*La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair UV SPF Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 30

*CeraVe Anti-Aging Retinol Serum

*COSRX Snail Mucin 92% Face Moisturizer

WHY does this always happen

I have always had problems with my foundation/concealer. I have a very defined crease above my chin and no matter what I do my make up looks like this. Same with around my nose. Honestly my whole face looks cakey but these areas are the worst. It looks so awful any advice would be great. 😭 Also ballin on a budget so drugstore options are best.

I currently use the e.l.f. Power Grip Primer, FitMe Dewy+Smooth, e.l.f. Hydrating Camo concealer. For skincare I just use La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating cleanser, PanOxyl face wash, Differin spot treatment, and Byoma moisturizing gel cream.
