I absolutely LOVE fics that deal with Buck being a father figure to Christopher and how natural it comes to him. I'm looking for fics where other people mistake Buck as Christopher's dad either in front of Eddie or just in general. I read this one fic that had a scene of buck in the hospital and Eddie brought Chris to stay with him and buck had to be examined and the nurse said that as soon as we're done you can go back with dad.
