I have a general blur and no distortions or ghosting . I have tried glasses and it didnt help , right now being fitted with scleral lenses .My scleral doctor suspected ectasia .pulling my eyelid clear up my right eye .
I have mild starburst still in day and night. My prescription now is only 0,5 of astigmatism on the right eye .But the funny thing is when I move my eyelids my vision is crisp and clear,like when I pull my upper eyelids up I can see very clear.Also when I put in an eye drops and wait then blink a couple of times I can see a moment of clarity but it vanishes in a single blink.is this normal? and will it heal by itself?
I checked with the dry eye doctor and my results were all good no gland dropout or anything, tear meniscus is good and tear film stability checked by the keratograph was 17 seconds.But when she did a fluorescent dye test dark spots start to appear after just 2-3 seconds. Maybe my tear film is unstable.
