Hi, went to LTO just now para paremove yong ENCUMBERED. sabi lang sakin need padaw magbayad online ng PPSR. Nagcreate na ako nang account at pinakita ko don sa LTO help desk. sabi lang sakin terminate notice daw. San ko ba mahanap yang PPSR number?
