What awesome travel camera do you have that is too nice to travel?

Anyone have a camera which would be awesome for travel photography, with fantastic IQ, but is so nice or expensive that you wind up leaving it home for fear it might get damaged or stolen?

And then what camera goes with you instead?

For me, it's a Leica Q3 that just doesn't seem to hardly leave my property, but I have a Canon R50V that I'm not afraid to take anywhere.

Nisi UV filter - silver with silver X-E5

Mounted my XF-16-50 F2.8-4.8 to my new X-E5. Happened to have a NISI Armor FX Pro Nano L395UV filter. - it's a brass frame/silver finish. Turns out it's just the thing with the silver X-E5 and the black lens - it "ties the whole thing together" kind of like of like the rug from "The Big Lebowski."

Is the GR IV lcd screen cover plastic or glass?

AI says it's glass or plastic depending on how you word the question. Can't find it specifically in the Ricoh webpage info. Does anyone know?
