Found a sunscreen that also helps the condition!

Thought I'd share as I've been getting such good results from this - after mixed results and lots of money wasted (spending hard earned cash on something that essentially makes your face flare up a bit is brutal) I've happened upon a real gem: Cetaphil Sheer Mineral SPF50 sunscreen (in stick form). It's a deodrant-style stick you just rub on your skin (it leaves a white mark, that's it's only main downside but I'll take that all day long if it actually does the job) and then rub it in a little bit. It tends to absorb and become a bit less white (though it's pretty visible on hair, e.g. stubble). After a while feels like a normal sunscreen - sort of matte but a tiny bit greasy at the same time.

However the best bit... it seems to actively calm down the Seb Derm! Since I've been using it the redness and texture on my skin has calmed down noticeably in only a few days. I have it all over my eyelids, on my upper cheeks, sides of nose and a little under my lips. Seems to help with all those areas. The sun usually aggravates my Seb Derm too, I've been out in the garden a decent amount. Zinc Oxide and titanium Oxide are it's active ingredients which must be doing the soothing, I'm definitely going to be looking into some more zinc-based creams after this as it's a revelation!

Hi, I've seen a lot of posts on here of people sharing their skincare routine for dealing with SD, and something I keep noticing is that the 'hardcore' bit (where you blitz the yeast with something like a Ketaconozole/ Selenium Sulphide shampoo mask for several minutes in the shower before rinsing) often tends to come at the end of the day before bed, not in the morning.

I shower in the morning - then later before bed I just wash my face with Cetaphil Oily cleanser (and apply any TCIs/ Steroids, MCT oil etc) just before I go to sleep - so the morning is always when I've been doing the most intensive yeast-fighting bit with the shampoos or soaps. Is this likely to affect efficacy at all or does it not matter much?

For context, I'm not using any antifungal creams throughout the day, as every cream-based antifungal I've tried so far (Ketaconozole, Clotrimazole, etc) causes a flare up - I do however use Clever Soap Piroctone Olamine gel most days which is supposed to do a similar job.
