I moved into a new house and a dishwasher wasn’t working, I checked the breaker and it looks to be running off a dual 15 amp breaker. Every time I flipped on the breaker machine turns on for half a second and then stops ,breaker does not trip. Should I buy a new dishwasher or just replace the breaker is missing a screw and seems to be a little charred.
