So I recently got ITA in the last health care occupation draw. My ITA letter has CEC (I’m assuming because I have 1 year of Canadian experience). I need some advice from people that have applied for PR in recent years.

1. do I need to show proof of funds since health care is under the federal skilled worker? Or am I under CEC and so do not need proof of funds.
2. When I did my pgwp I used the medical from my home country since it’s less than 5 years and I haven’t left Canada since I came in. Can I still use the same medical or does the PR application require a new medical.
3. Also I’m assuming I need to do biometrics before submitting my application, so how can I do that (what’s the process).
