What’s your worst interaction/story with people on public land?

Edit:I mean people/animals || It can be anything, for example your kayaking and someone gets mad because you got too close to them.
For me it was a time when I was summer scouting for deer and I went to go check my game camera. As I was walking up I saw a black bear 80 yards away. I froze and hid behind a tree. I’m not sure if it saw me at this point or not but I kept peeking and it was getting closer. No joke it went to walk by my tree and I was rotating. But he somehow saw me and got curious. As we are playing ring around a Rosie but with a tree he stops and looks towards a noise and I turn and run. (Don’t do this) in hind sight was a bad idea, anyways as I was running I didn’t hear anything chasing me so I turn around and the bear is still looking away. I don’t stick around and I go back to my vehicle and wait an hour before going back in.
