Quit Cold Turkey Side effects
Hello everyone, long story short I started having these untriggered panic attacks a month ago, eventually was put on Beta blockers, they made things worse and i didnt sleep for 2 days, decided to go the anxitey med route and started Buspar as my niece takes it and loves it, needless to say it wasnt for me, took 6 doses and was still having some sleep trouble and it was giving me a racing heart, I did have every heart exam under the sun about 8 days ago and it all came out clean , so I took 1 dose Sunday 2 doses Monday and then 1 dose Tues-Friday as i was indecisive on if i wanted to quit, anyway since that last dose Friday morning I have been feeling awful withdrawal wise, ive been getting bad jitters and when I try to do anything outside of laying in my bed or in my living room my body gets overreactive and I start to shake really bad and really can't do anything (my poor wife) I also have really bad musoskeletal pain in my heart/chest area so I get bad twinge that always scare the shit out of me, any way I'm 80 hours removed from quitting, thankfully the really strong pulses i felt at first have calmed a little but I really wonder when this is all going to calm down because I can't do a simple task without my body freaking out, thank you I am supposed to see a doctor tomorrow as well
