Badly searching for a work in Cebu as an engineering graduate
Hello, I am 24 years old, Female. I came from Mindanao but I independently moved to Cebu for work, ayoko kasi sa Manila dahil magulo. I am currently working here as an Operations Officer to a small general construction company. The reason why I badly want to resign asap is because I cannot take the owner’s toxicity anymore. Been here for almost 6 months already and for the past months—most of the time—puro nalang tantrums, blaming other people, nakikialam sa buhay ng iba, takot malamangan, ayaw tumanggap ng suggestion or opinions ng employees, poging pogi sa sarili, lagi nalang pinapagalitan ang lahat, at iba pa. Ang dami daming mali sa taong to, hindi ko na mailista lahat. Magiging regular na sana ako next month e, magiging effective na sana yung salary increase ko, pero bakit pa ako magtitiis sa company niya kung alam ko naman na ano aabutin ko. His employees are good people, siya lang ang hindi. No wonder palagi nalang siya hiring lol.
Anyway, just like what I said in the title, I’m BADLY looking for a new job here in CEBU that is connected sa civil engineering—baka may alam po kayo. I started applying na sa mga nakikita ko sa blue app since last week pero wala pa akong natatanggap na sagot. If you know a company po, I would appreciate it if you comment below.
