The 2 pictures on the left were from my 9 day ICU stay in June of 2025, with an EF of 10%. The 2 pictures on the right are from this month. One on a boat in Greece and one from my gym locker room, lol! Current EF 60%! Keep fighting! 4 pillars of meds and faith in GOD!!

The picture on the right was from exactly 1 year ago today when I went into the ICU for a 9 day stay after being diagnosed with HF and an EF of 10%! The picture on the left is of me several weeks ago training with my SWAT team after having recovered and now having an EF of 60%! Stay in the fight!!
11 months ago I went into the ICU with an EF of 10% and a Pro-BNP value of 3767!! As of today, my EF has recovered to 55% and my Pro-BNP value is down to 36!! Never give up!!
