You know you board is corrupt, and the management is giving them their blessing. You’re also on the board. What would you do? Are you in similar situation? Give us your thoughts please.

Anyone here had Eugene Burger Management Company then suddenly Prescott Companies, and at the same time lost money during this unannounced transition? Because that is what happened here. Now Prescott is systematically not releasing the core financials, bank statements, copies of checks, switched bank accounts, went through 8 managers assigned to our association and two VP in the last 16 months, cancelled our last election, all with the blessings of the current board who were named on the minutes of the annual meeting as officers, before the election even took place. We’re in California and need to connect with other homeowners who faced similar experience. Please share and comment. By the way, the former Treasurer was pushed out as she was investigating the missing funds…

For several years now, appointment of unqualified members and non members, no appointment of inspector of elections, unadopted election rules, adopting election rules without vote, disqualifying qualified members, violating section 5103 of CA civil code, voting website that does not work, openly lying to the members, canceling scheduled election, postponing them for 12 months, and finally seating themselves at an annual election by acclamation without required quorum, kicking out the undesirable Treasurer who was nominated by them in that position, her first year on the board, and started to investigate some major financial discrepancies with the accounting. This people put their names on the minutes as present board members before the appointment actually took place. We can go on and on. Are we alone like this? Rigging elections is serious.
