Rear-End Collision
My car got rear ended by a company car. It was a Frito Lay truck. My car was stationed near a driveway and some of it was blocking the driveway. What would be the best course of action to take. Would I be losing this case? Or is there a way where I can file a claim against them. I have the drivers license and their company insurance. Is this a losing cause?
