How do small trades businesses grow past a plateau?
Two years into running a service business, not retail. Grew steadily the first year and a half then just stalled. Same repeat clients, referrals slowing down. Dont have a marketing background, so hard to tell if this is a strategy issue or just a normal wall at this stage. What changed it for you?
