Rightmove adverts

Hoping this doesn’t sound really dim of me! Our house went up yesterday onto rightmove/zoopla etc and we got 6 viewings booked in same day. There’s none however today and I can’t help but think surely now it’s not near the start of rightmove anymore (a good 15 properties have been added within a mile on rightmove) people will no longer see it? Also we live in the kind of area where people’s searches are likely wide so more like 30/40 houses. How do you keep interest up of a property as it falls further down the page? TIA.

Anisocoria

Hi all, does anyone here have knowledge on the best surgery for anisocoria? I wanted SMILE due to my -7 prescription but unsure if LASIK is better due to being customisable. UK based

Hoping someone here could give me some advice from a more knowledgeable place! We currently have a house where the mortgage is 1050 a month. We can afford to move and have been looking for a while but in the time we’ve been getting things ready and photos are taken, rates have gone wild. Our new rate would be 1800 for the new house (up from 1650 we were quoted in Feb) which is 35% of our salary. Problem is I can’t work out whether we pull out now and wait until next year, or if we can afford it we just go?

The new house is on for offers over 425k has been since March but they’ve already moved out and gone down south and it’s now empty so I’m hoping we could have a really cheeky offer of 390k with the current climate. Does anyone have any advice, we’re only 26 and have gone without a lot to buy our first house and now sell and move again so I’m terrified. TIA.
